Well, the sorry news is in. Cletus has just returned from her annual vet's appointment, and she has gained four entire pounds since last November. Mind you, we were told then that she needed to lose five. This is rather a lot of weight for a dog who is roughly the size of a fire hydrant.
In fact, it appears that she now needs to lose roughly 25% of her overall bodyweight. Wow.
But she sure does like her food.
